This policy explains what METRIS Digital ("we", "us") collects when you use metrisdigital.com, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain because that is how we run everything.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you fill the form on our site, we receive the name, email, monthly ad spend and message you enter, so we can reply.
- Essential site data. Basic technical data needed to serve the page securely. We do not sell this or anyone.
- Analytics, only with consent. If you accept analytics in the cookie notice, we load privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, no analytics load at all.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to run and secure the website, and, with your consent, to understand which content helps. That is the whole list. We do not run ad-retargeting pixels on this site.
Where your form data goes
Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that we control, and may trigger an email notification to us. Access is limited to the METRIS team.
Your choices
- Change your analytics choice any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the cookie notice back.
- Ask us to delete the details you submitted by emailing hello@metrisdigital.com.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to have the conversation and, if we work together, for our records. Otherwise we delete on request.
